I'm painting what it's like for me to be in the moment with the paint, the paintbrush and the energy that's moving through my body and onto the canvas. 
I turn off my brain and any intention beyond letting painting happen. 
It's an exciting process that is surprisingly challenging but wildly fun when it happens.
